That can include photographs, inventory counts, weight tickets when available, receiving or disposal documentation and a Certificate of Destruction when applicable. A product description, approximate quantity and weight, packaging type, pickup location or ZIP code, the reason for disposal, your desired pickup date and a few photographs. If an SDS or specification sheet exists for the material, include it — it speeds up review considerably.
